CORPORATE FINANCE
The BOSC Corporate Finance department provides advice on various corporate topics and manages the debt and equity securities publicly offered by middle-market companies, serviced by our Banking affiliate.
What began in 2003 as an investment research department has evolved into a regional research powerhouse utilizing an asset valuation approach to analyzing corporate issuers, primarily in the energy and industrial sectors. In our first year of operation Corporate Finance co-managed two Senior Note offerings with an aggregate principal value of $750,000. In the first six months of this year, Corporate Finance co-managed 13 corporate finance deals that raised almost $5 billion in the capital markets.
We continue to expand our expertise not only as an underwriter and placement agent, but also by consistently providing quality capital market forecasts, corporate opinions and the market expertise clients have come to rely upon.
