John N. Waldo

Mr. Waldo joined Leo Oppenheim & Co, Inc. in February 1987. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1974 and received his professional designation as Certified Public Accountant in 1975. Mr. Waldo has assisted Oklahoma corporations, schools, universities, municipal clients and not-for-profit entities with various bond-financing needs. He combines the computer skills to analyze sophisticated alternatives with the communication skills to share the results with his clients. Mr. Waldo serves as Treasurer of the Leadership Foundation of Oklahoma City and the Harn Homestead. He has served on the executive committee of the Last Frontier Council of Boy Scouts of America. He and his wife are active in the First United Methodist Church in Oklahoma City.
Chris Cochran

Mr. Cochran began his career in 1990 with a major regional investment banking firm after completing his Bachelors Degree of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Cochran joined BOSC in 2010. During his career as an investment banker Mr. Cochran has played an integral role in over $5,000,000,000 in financings throughout the State of Oklahoma. Specifically, Mr. Cochran is proficient in nearly all areas of public finance including, but not limited to, school and city general obligation bonds, public power revenue bonds, water & sewer revenue bonds, lease revenue bonds, hospital revenue bonds, higher education revenue bonds, general obligation refunding bonds and revenue refunding bonds. Mr. Cochran has lectured on the topic of municipal finance at the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Christian University and the University of Central Oklahoma.

Steve Mann joined Leo Oppenheim & Co, Inc. in 1984 and served as the Manager of Operations and Compliance Officer of Leo Oppenheim & Co., Inc. His responsibilities with the Public Finance division of BOSC, Inc. involve all aspects of the underwriting process. Prior to joining Oppenheim, he was an Account Executive for E. F. Hutton & Co., Inc. Mr. Mann is a 1965 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Mann participates in document review, bond issue closing, and compliance for issues. He is responsible for the Indexing and Remarketing of variable rate issues underwritten by the firm.

Chris Gander has been with BOSC, Inc. since March 2000. He graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Prior to joining BOSC,Inc., Mr. Gander worked as a Hub Manager for Community First Bank’s Investment division in Colorado. Mr. Gander is a registered investment advisor and CFP®.
Zack Robinson

Zack joined BOSC, Inc. in August 2010. He has been an investment banker since 2007 and over that time has assisted state agencies, universities and colleges, school districts, municipalities and corporations with their financing needs. Mr. Robinson received his B.S. in Political Science from Oklahoma State University in 2005 and his Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State in 2007.
